A category for the Ballroom community – for those walking the performance styles old way, new way, or vogue fem.
Ballroom is a space created by and for QTBIPOC people as a response to racism and marginalization in Harlem, New York, during the late 1960s.
We do not tolerate any form of discrimination; racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, body shaming, or any other oppressive behavior at this event.
If you are not a person of colour and/or not of Queer/Trans experience, or not an active part of the Ballroom scene, we remind you that you are a guest in this space. As a guest, we ask that you remain mindful of your presence and the space you take up. Follow the same rules as everyone else, and you are very welcome <3
